The gumbo was amazing and full of southern taste. the court listed here was the bar be que pork. omg. roasted kartoffeln with cheese and drawn pork with wobble rings. it is the perfect before. this place was amazing. thanks austin.

My wife and I ate here on 03-15-21. We ordered the Gator balls as an appetizer. They were lukewarm on the outside and cold on the inside. Our bartender/waiter, James, was very nice. He returned the appetizer for a reorder. The second appetizer was not that much warmer, but we didn't return it. For our meal, my wife had a burger and I had the shrimp po boy. My wife's burger patty was lukewarm and the bun was cold. My po boy was a very good size with lots of shrimp, but the shrimp were lukewarm and the bun was cold. A disappointing visit since we've eaten here before and the food has always been good and hot. Reservations about going back.

Food was great and the service was greater! My husband and I had the Gator Eggs (highly recommend and Boudin Balls (sauce is amazing! for appetizers. We then shared the seafood platter (fried fish, oysters, shrimp, hushpuppies, and a side . Hearty portions for the price. Everything was fabulous, and we will come back for the other menu items on the next visit!

You know what?s funny about this place is the food isn?t BAD! The fried pickles was decent, the charbroiled oysters was pretty good, and I actually liked the salad I ordered. Here?s what ruined it for me, the food took SOO long to arrive. I ordered a shrimp salad, and found several pieces of chicken in it (this might not be a big deal to some people, however, since I don?t eat meat, this is kind of a biggie), after addressing this with the waitress, all she said was ?okay?. We had another person in our party showed up late, ordered the same salad.. this time her salad was missing avocado entirely. So when we asked them for it.. see below the avocado they brought out. The service was disappointing. I understand that there aren?t very many options in Kinder but they could?ve tried a little bit harder, after all, you are in the service industry.

So slow... Of all the food I tried, all were over salted. Atmosphere was pretty good, service was poor. Had to asked hostess for napkins and utensils. The food was a little over priced since it was not that good. Once we were able to pay the bill, we went straight to the casino, so we could get out of there as soon as we can.
