Amazing Thailand - King

Probably one of the best Thai restaurants in North Carolina. My friend and I decided to eat here in a mood. We needed something near the Interstate that was not a fast food chain. The service was fast and the staff was super friendly. We both ordered Curry and it was delicious! My family is Thai and the curry was very similar to my mother who made me feel at home. Very happy to give my money to this local, family-run restaurant!

What can I say? The food and service are excellent. You need to experience Thai food at least once. I usually get shrimp pad Thai or one of my favorite house rice with shrimp and peanut sauce. I really have to try. We're tired of eating fast. Always the same food. Service is good as food. I've been here for several years.

Finally stopped and tried the General Tso Chicken. Absolutely delicious and very fast. The owner was very friendly and we had a nice conversation after the meal. Recommend this Thai restaurant. I'll be back soon.

Saying that this is the best restaurant in the area isn't saying much, as there isn't much in King. That being said, this is by far the best restaurant in the Triad, and the best Thai restaurant I have found since our move to the U.S. The food is always amazing, whether it is lunch or dinner, but the service is unparalleled. The owner and his family, not to mention the other employees, are dedicated to the customers. They take the time to notice the little things, such as a refill as soon as needed, to even details such as changes since you were last in, (like tonight, we only had one of our three kids . In short, this is definitely a diamond in the rough, and worth the venture out to King to try. (Picture from a prior visit, part of their dinner menu the wonton noodle soup.

This Thai restaurant was so good! Best first experience anywhere for a long time. Ping made me feel like an old friend, and the dish I ordered with transparent noodles was delicious. Also very affordable, made me want to leave a big tip! I will be back for more soon!!
