Atlantica - King St Cohasset

Went for lobster rolls on the deck at Old Salt House. Guess what? The deck was gone! Current estimate of when its replacement will be done is August 4th. Previous estimate was July 4th. Anyway, since we wanted to eat outside we moved over to Atlantica 's deck which was just beautiful. The view was great, the service was great, and the food was great. The only problem came when we needed to go inside to use the restrooms. Despite being among the first diners of the day, the paper towels were all gone and the open trash can was overflowing. I remember a restaurant owner saying one time, You can judge the quality of a restaurant by the quality of the rest rooms. Atlantica needs to pay attention to this area subtracted a star, maybe should have been 2!

So so. Use to be better but love the view. Highly recommend the biscuits that I stuffed in my hair

Just enjoyed an incredible meal at Atlantica, service was top notch and our food was perfect. We loved the summer menu but it was nice to enjoy a few new dishes for the Fall. The new menu has a variety of delicious options. The Haddock was perfectly fresh, and flavorful. Also loved the tuna tartare starter, will be back for that. The restaurant was very clean and extremely attentive to regulations which made us feel safe, so we could enjoy a delicious and delightful evening. Will be back again soon!

Wow the New Chef is nailing it! And the staff, from the host to our waitress were very attentive and friendly. My dinner last night was beautiful, delicious, and so flavorful. The beet salad was scrumptious with the pistachios and honey ricotta dressing. The Tuna Crudo was outstanding. A friend had the salt and pepper shrimp that I would come back and have for lunch. It was plentiful and soooo flavorful. For dinner I had the salmon with sweet potato and maple green beans which I get salmon out often) and this one is the best on the south shore! Cooked a perfect medium rare as I requested! What I will come back for is the surf and turf 2 others out my table had this. Best Dish!! Steak perfectly cooked and the lobster was the most delicious no shells all picked) warm and buttery perfection. Can't wait to go back!!!

The new chef is on point! Service was great. The salt and pepper shrimp is amazing!! The surf and turf is delicious! We will be back soon!
