Iron Skillet - Kingman

Very typical American service (or to be true its total absence). Wait to be seated like no one sees you, then wait for your table to be finally cleaned, then wait for your food for another 50 min even though there are just a few customers besides you,treat you like you're very unwelcomed to be there. And they still think you owe them tips. Sad but true.

Terrible service. When I came in there is a seat yourself sign at the front of the resturant but when you do exactly that the waitresses complain about you and claim they didn't see the new customers. after i stared at them for a while, I ended up havingto wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged at all, but only after someone who came in after me was helped first. The waitress askedvery rudely what i wanted to drink and forgot my water after I asked for it and my drink. I then asked if there were anygluten-free bread options, and I was laughed at as if my allergy is a joke. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes to ask aquestion so I could order and ended up walking out instead of eating because I didn't trust my waitress not to tamper with myfood. 0/10 do not recommend! I like iron skillet, this restaurant needs to get a new staff!

Food was so good. Goulash with garlic bread and a sweet n spicy chicken bowl with Korean sauce!! I ordered a sweet tea and got a glass and a pitcher for 3 bucks!! Love it ??

This location went down the hill... From food to the service. Food was barely warm, baked potato was halfway cooked and Texas steerburger was rare n warm instead of medium well and hot.. Server Lindsay was rude and not welcoming yelling at the customerswhere they should or not to sit. Two servers on Sunday and more than half of dinning room is closed for no reason.

I?m not a fan of Iron Skillet but I wanted to try their new dish- Steak Rice Bowl. It was surprisingly good. I like the sweet zingy flavor. Presentation has never been their strong suit but here?s a photo of the dish.
