Shot O’ Clock Sports Grill

OMG this place has thee best Burgers we’ve ever tasted. We tried the Shot O Clock Burger and Chicken Philly and they were absolutely amazing. The service was great and staff was very nice. I love the Shot O Clock wheel we get to spin every hour for discount specials. This place is a hidden gem and gets five stars from me.

This is the worse place I've ever been to. First off the waitress took forever to bring the drinks. It took over two hours before we got our food. Instead of checking on the customers the waitress and the so called manager were just chilling in the kitchen. Once we finally started receiving food we voiced our concerns and the manager gave us a nasty attitude. She was supposed to comp our bill but didnt.. I highly recommend you avoid this place

Alexa the best bartender the best service the music is touchtunes so you have to listen to whatever one else plays good food. They try having a gay day when king's island does this place will be packed. The best place is the out side patio. Pet friendly on the patio love it. Kid friendly place they offer it all.

No one knew the Wi-Fi password until they tried six times. Blackened salmon over Romain turned out to be chicken over colored lettuce with no Romain. I think they got the chicken in the back. The server and one of the managers were very gracious but their friendliness in attempt a good service did not make up for the fact that the chef did not know what a Caesar salad wise. How could you not have salmon for the feature salad, the only feature and salad, that has salmon. They just re-opened three weeks ago according to the server. I might stop on the next way through if the readings improve. The salad actually tasted good but it was not what I ordered or what was adjusted. They adjusted the price.It was a painful process

A welcoming environment. We had a very friendly and fun waitress. But she was having to wait tables,plus tend bar. It took a long time to get our food,and they were out of several items. My family got good food,but my chicken tasted like fish. If you do drop in,ask for Brandy. She was good.
