Bojangles - Kings Mountain

Every time I visit, they always ask me what side I’d like, and I request the Bo-Rounds. However, it seems like they always try to give me something different. Every single time I place an order, something is missing—whether it's the sauce, the actual side, or the food is just burnt or stale. The staff even lie straight to your face when you ask if something is included in your order. Don’t trust their word; check it yourself because I can guarantee you that this will happen 5 out of 5 times.

We always visit Bojangles because we love the food, especially the breakfast. The biscuits with egg, cheese, and sausage rounds are fantastic. The steak biscuits are also a great choice. Whether it's morning, lunch, or dinner, it's always a satisfying meal. The staff is always friendly, making our visits enjoyable.

I ordered roasted chicken and fries but received cold, stale chicken instead. When I asked for fresher options, I was disappointed to find that the food was still old and unappetizing. I had high hopes for Bojangles, as it used to be the go-to place for good roasted chicken. However, it seems that the young staff they hire don't seem to care about the quality of the food they serve. I'm really disappointed with my experience. After I got home and shared my experience with a friend who lives in the area, she mentioned that Bojangles has a reputation for poor service and food. I won’t be returning.

Chicken pliers? More like chicken nuggets. The size of the sauce. I'm still hungry.

I would not recommend going here, I've been twice and every time they forget to give the sauce and the last time they didn't give me the sauce and the biscuit. I'd like to get what I pay for. Don't go here
