I write to say my experience in wishing well was not as bubbly and atmospheric as the restaurant claims to be. I came in to make a message. I asked the two female employees for help and they treated me as if I were invisible. Answers with rude comments claim they were busy. I had a look around and through the look there were about 4 tables all were already served. It was calm, they didn't want to help me. It was a Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock, so I politely interrupted her chit chat just an rude answer and disgusting stars. I've been working here to say I'm embarrassed with the staff working on the ground. Do they treat all their customers like animals? A polite gentleman came here to help me. I think that was the only nice worker I was interacting with. He asked politely what I was looking for and prioritized my needs. I am very disappointed with their customer service and I hope that someone will solve these problems, so if I dive next time, I will be treated like a customer. Thank you.

Food is amazing, but service is shocking. Staff need to be trained more !

Lovely pub. Grub is excellent. Staff are a credit to you.
