Arby's - Kingsport

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a strong odor of urine. I noticed that several selections on the fountain beverage machine were not operational. However, the lobby was clean, and the food was enjoyable; I particularly liked the turkey and lock wrap. There are designated handicap parking spaces and a ramp for access to the building, but I found it somewhat challenging to open the door and navigate through the entrance area to the second door. The seating is accommodating for larger individuals.

The only minor issue I had was that my order was slightly off this time, but it wasn't a big deal. The woman serving at the window, Brianna, was friendly and professional. The manager, Anton, made sure my order was rectified quickly and without any hassle. The food was hot, delicious, and prepared just right. I can't praise this Arby's enough; both the staff and the food are excellent, and I truly appreciate it!

The new fold-cut fries are the best in the area! There might be a bit of a wait during lunch, but aside from that, they're fantastic—much better than the old crunchy ones. The atmosphere was better back in the day, but the food is still superior to what's offered at McNeighbor.

I found a couple of badges in the postbox. Now we need all the help we can get. 3 Brat-Rindsandwiches for 699. Fries were small for a dollar! The best peach limonade I've ever had. at 11:50. eating was fresh and hot. less than $13. it was great. check her postbox. lemonade amall is just a dollar. good worth the fruity fresh taste.

Worst experience I've had at arbys, as you can see in the photo if the mozzarella sticks would've cooked any longer they would've caught fire. They rushed me in and out with not a care of how the food was cooked. Luckily it was just me and not my wife and 3 kids with me or would've been a waste of a lot more than $10. Sad just sad get it together arbys!
