Arby's - Kingsport

It was just alright. After I placed my order, I moved over to the window, and there was a lot of confusion. Many people asked me about my order, and even after I clarified, they still got it wrong.

The prices are a bit excessive. The food is good, but it shouldn't be more expensive than a steak dinner.

I ordered my food and received it promptly! The customer service was excellent—Austin was incredibly friendly and even added items I had forgotten to mention, all with a smile on his face. I can't recommend this place enough—10/10!

Melissa is an excellent register person! She is so on earth and tried her best to ensure that every person in the restaurant was satisfied with her order and visit. I would like to see more people like them! the food was also great! love the atmosphere of this situation will come again!

It was really good. Server was nice ? polite. Not sure who but someone was yelling almost costonstaly. That got annoying really quick. But food was great and everyone was really nice
