Buffalo Wild Wings - Kingsport

We were served by Madison, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The food arrived hot and was perfectly timed between the appetizers and the main courses. For appetizers, we had nachos and mozzarella sticks. My daughter and I enjoyed the bacon cheese curd burgers, which are my favorite on the menu, while my girlfriend had the BBQ boneless wings. The sweet tea was spot on. We all left feeling full, with no room for dessert. Thank you, Madison, for a wonderful experience. We will definitely request you the next time we visit!

You really need to be a fan of extremely spicy food to appreciate this restaurant. We struggled to find anything on the menu that wasn't overwhelmingly hot. The field pickles were soggy, as if they had been frozen and then poorly thawed before being deep-fried. They do offer an amazing brisket burger, but it's also quite spicy. On a positive note, the waitress was fantastic!

I rated this restaurant two stars instead of one because the waitress was friendly and attentive. However, we encountered several issues. The restaurant had run out of several items we wanted to order, and the potato wedges were burnt and had black spots. Additionally, our meals arrived at different times; my dad had finished eating by the time my mom's food was served. To make matters worse, the bacon burger we ordered didn't actually have any bacon on it. We were told that the bacon was mixed into the meat, but the burger consisted of several small chunks instead of a single patty. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I found a roach. I told the manager, Jason (would not provide last name). He smashed it in front of me and didn?t use any cleaner. I finished my beer and advised the bartender that I wasn?t going to order food after finding a roach on the bar. I told the manager I shouldn?t have to pay for what I received prior to finding the roach, which was my beer that I already drank from. He advised that he couldn?t do anything about my drink but he could offer me free food. I advised I didn?t want food from a place that I just saw roaches at and he didn?t seem too concerned about a review for having roaches at his location. I understand beer can?t be free but when it cost me not being able to eat at the restaurant that I chose, that?s is a disgrace. The manager out of all people should know that cleaner should be used after smashing a roach on the bar where I am sitting. DISGUSTING!!!

A wonderful experience! Food was hot, atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean, the staff were super on top of things and very friendly! I can?t wait for my next visit!
