Crazy Tomato - Kingsport

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, but it was clear that the cook had no clue how to prepare it, as it was completely drenched in Caesar dressing. I couldn't bring myself to eat it and pushed it aside. The server offered me a plate and spoon to scrape off the dressing, but this only made me lose my appetite. The server should have taken the salad back to have it made correctly or offered me another option, but unfortunately, that didn't happen, so I left feeling hungry. The only reason I gave this place one star is for the decent flatbread they provided. This restaurant is in desperate need of help—perhaps only someone like Gordon Ramsay could set it straight! Do yourself a favor and head across the street to Rafaells instead!

Excellent, stopped in here on a road trip vacation, family of six, and everyone liked it, and the prices are very reasonable. Calzone, pizza, chicken parm ... all great. BTW, the rating that yelp currently shows is clearly a mistake this is single or at most nothing over 11 for a single person, and most things well under that.

I've given this place two chances to show me good chicken in their chicken Alfredo pasta. Both times, the chicken looks undercooked. It's so gross. At a minimum, they're undercooked and potentially raw inside. I hope they get this note and correct this significant problem. I gave two stars because the pizzas and lasagnas are good.

Should've known due to no customers at noon on a Saturday. NO masks worn by the staff. We ordered our drinks thinking someone else would be waiting on us, but no. NO masks. I asked if there was a mandate in Sullivan Co and was told no. Well there is. We left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT WORTH THE RISK TO YOUR HEALTH. WE ARE IN A GLOBAL PANDEMIC FOLKS. Do your part. Wow.

Not a good experience. I recommend driving past this place without stopping. The food was subpar, the service was below average, and the dining area felt unwelcoming. We couldn't even finish what we ordered; it was that disappointing, and we just wanted to leave.
