Mcdonald's - Kingsport

I don't have many problems at this place and I understand most places are under staffed, but the breakfast should be extended by 5 to 10 minutes for those who have to sit in the line for 10 minutes or more, then finally order by 10:30 and they tell me that they don't serve the breakfast anymore. that's a little ridiculous to me, especially if you know that the line is not moving and they have one!

I made an order through the app. Unfortunately one of their machines was down and they could not complete my order. I contacted their office and they more than made up for the error. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming to me.

Ugh. This place has messed up our orders plenty but I always give it the benefit of the doubt. Lots of orders. Busy place. I get it.... but tonight was the icing on the cake. I truly believe this was no accident Stopped by to get my grand a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. And a plain cheese burger. Ordered in drive through. Paid. Was told to pull up to spot one and wait.Waited over trn minutes and finally someone brought a bag of food out to us. A big Mac and ten piece chicken nugget. No happy meal. We are honest people so we took it back inside. And they switched it out for us no problem.Got home and really regretted doing the right thing, as far as returning the other food...once we opened the Happy meal.Cold fries and two chicken nuggets that were fused into one brick hard substance. Thank goodness we ordered the cheeseburger on the side or else her dinner would have been completely ruined..

This location has real issues employees are young kids that just want money they have no work ethic or morals This location on multiple occasions has either messed up the entire order or have given apple pies that have expired with the stickers 2hrs and cold.. leave out condiments requested no napkins or eating utensils in mornings with breakfast foods. Call to speak to manager on duty and get hung up on. Employee get attitude and bold face lie about the order and have no clue when asked to repeat what you just told them. Like if you can’t get your employees under control re train them or let them go. Hire ppl who want to work and have work ethics and care about the company or don’t hire kids period or have management bag the food like PALS SUDDEN SERVICE

This McDonald’s is the closest to my house and that’s the only reason I even go there today I stopped to get my daughter a 10 piece nugget meal with no one in front of me I still had to wait almost 20 mins on my food you could tell they were short staffed and everyone was working but they was not organized at all but I never get good service there mostly it’s some teenage girl in the drivethru that doesn’t want to be there that I have to deal with but I have three stars cause they were actually working and trying but lots of room for improvement but it’s hard when 80 of workers are in high schools still
