Taco Bell - Kingsport

I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but the location on Eastman Rd in Kingsport never gets my order right. Tonight, I ordered a steak chalupa with no three cheese mix and added nacho cheese, but they put nacho fries on instead and charged me for them. I had to pick off the fries and there was no nacho cheese. I had to wait in line for another 30 minutes to try to get the order corrected.

Kiosk has lost my order so they could wait my food after 20 minutes. the staff was more than healing.

The staff at this restaurant is always bustling, though they could be a bit friendlier. Nevertheless, they never mess up my order.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I have never had such a bad experience before. They messed up our order and refused to correct it. The staff was also rude and unpleasant.

Nasty, don't even make it the it suppose to be an I had double loaded gave me more rice then anything no I won't eat there ever again, an went there 2 sandwich an still wasn't right
