The Meadows - Kingsport

During my stay at the Meadowview Conference Resort Convention Center, I decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant one day. While the meal was somewhat pricier than what I'd find at a similar spot, it was still more convenient and less expensive than ordering in. I opted for a cheeseburger with fries, both of which were quite delicious. The service was excellent, although my food took longer to arrive than I anticipated, especially considering there were only a few other diners present. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush, so it didn't bother me much. The highlight of my meal was definitely the dessert. I ordered the chocolate lava cake with ice cream, and it was incredible. The cake had a fantastic flavor without being overly sweet. They cleverly served the ice cream in a separate dish, which prevented it from melting into a gooey mess. The portion size was just right, too.

The staff truly makes this restaurant an exceptional experience. The crab legs were fantastic, and Kara B was the best waitress I've had in ages—very attentive, fun, and upbeat. I will definitely be back soon. Thanks, Kara!

This restaurant has a classy and beautiful ambiance. The service is top-notch, and the food is both delicious and beautifully presented. With plenty of tables available, the views of the golf course are easily enjoyed. I've been holding quarterly lunch meetings here for over a decade, and I still look forward to dining here every time. Although the lunch menu is just a single page, it offers a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend the Reuben Sandwich—it’s excellent! The burgers are substantial, and the tilapia fish sandwich and quesadillas are also fantastic. Occasionally, they offer a buffet, which is always a great option. My favorite dessert is the bread pudding; if you enjoy that, definitely give it a try!

The Sunday Brunch is fantastic! The chef does an excellent job with both the menu and the variety offered. I had the prime rib, and it was seasoned to perfection. While the price might seem a bit steep at first, the extensive selection makes it very reasonable overall.

The seafood buffet on Fridays is unbeatable anywhere in the area.
