McDonald's - Kingston

Even if this is the next place, I often go to curtains rd or Division st, because the only thing that makes this site consistent is to screw orders. Their frits are always stale, they always forget sauce with the nuggets, their coffee...taste like dirty hot water, and their breakfast Burritos are the worst.

We ate at this McDonald's location recently. Service was fast and friendly. The fries were very good, living up to McDonald's usual standards. However, I found my Big Mac to be bland in taste, which I found surprising. I even added some extra ketchup but...was still a bit disappointed. Next time I'll try something different on the menu.

Love the new Canadian flavors as well as the old stand byes. I tried the new Nanimo Bar Sundae and my friend enjoyed the chocolate. We sat and enjoyed the air-conditioned resturant.

The atmosphere inside was tense, with angry customers waiting for their orders for over 10 minutes. Many customers ended up leaving without being served. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the quality of the food was subpar. The fries were cold and soggy, the burger was thin and rubbery, and the drink tasted watered-down. Even the self-service option did not speed up the process. There were no gluten-free options available, and it seemed like the staff was struggling without proper direction. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I visit this restaurant every morning at 5:00 a.m. and order a medium double coffee and a Blueberry Muffin with two Becel Margarine spreads because I prefer them over butter. I always ask for no sugar in my coffee, just black. However, on June 22, 2021, I received a stale muffin that was so hard I had to spit it out. It seemed like they had taken it from the trash to sell it again. I am tired of paying $2.74 every morning for the wrong order. They need to improve the quality of their muffins and stop making me wait for 10 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told they cannot serve me. These issues need to be addressed or they need to hire better staff who care about customer satisfaction.
