Best subway in kingston. Always friendly, clean and yhe food is always the way it should be.

We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and usually the chicken covers the whole thing and we told the guy that it’s not even covering the whole thing. And that when we usually get it from here, it covers the whole sub. He just put extra chicken and without telling us tried to charge extra for it. I don’t know who was that guy but no sense of talking nor listening properly what we want and finally talking in anger and saying take the food for free. That’s ridiculous I just left the food over there and came out. No point of returning to this store again after this behaviour.

The food was amazing and customer service was excellent

The service at this location is wonderful. I asked the Associate his name so I can make a special thanks to him here! Thanks a lot Nick for a welcoming and wonderful service!
