Subway - Kingston

THIS WHOLE PROCESS TOOK 40 MINUTES. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES?My roommate and I had the worst experience at Subway. When I walked into Subway, I saw a deal that said buy a $30 gift card and get six free cookies. I asked the employee if I could purchase this deal, but he proceeded to tell me that it doesn’t exist anymore even though the offer clearly says valid til 12/31/2023. I told him to go ask his manager about this deal and then he left to go on a call with him. He came back and told us that he can do the deal for us, but then told us he didn’t know how to LOAD A GIFT CARD. He went back again on a call with his manager and then told us he doesn’t know how to do it. I was so done at this point and my roommate just decided to get a dozen-cookies and leave. At Subway, when you buy a dozen-cookies it is significantly cheaper than buying them individually. My roommate paid for the cookies and realized he charged us the wrong price…ALMOST DOUBLE THE PRICE? I wanted to go and ask the employee about it, but he doesn’t even know how to load a gift card so what makes me think he’ll know how to refund purchases. Anyways…super bad experience.??

Food is on par with every other subway, service was alright, but I really liked the seating near the windows looking down slightly on the street.

Staff is extremely slow. Inflation has made the portions a lot smaller and a heck of a lot more expensive.

Subway's food was satisfactory during my visit. The customizable sandwich options allowed me to choose my preferences, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. However, the overall flavor could have been more robust, and some of the ingredients seemed slightly generic. It's a convenient option for a quick bite, but I've had more flavorful sandwiches elsewhere.

Hello,This location needs their employees to be trained on how to make sandwiches.They only focus on middle portion of the sub. Rest of it is just empty and dry. Learn how to put right portions of veggies and spread them evenly.I clearly told them thrice about having my ends are empty.If you run out of your sauce, don’t just put big chunks of sauce on 3 random spots along the sub. Spend extra 10 seconds to grab new ones from the kitchen.Not going back their again.
