Feedback gevenMy mom brought me here for the first time. Chef Andras makes the best food I had in the area, BY FAR. The aromas are unique and well thought out and cooked for perfection. I love the unique experience when I go because I do not think about what I will order (I know it will be delicious) and each course is somehow perfect so that I am ready for it. He encouraged us to bring our Kiddo how he loves the introduction of children to new flavors and they LOVED it. We love Chef Andras and his food so much that we even asked him to celebrate our wedding. We still get compliments about food; the guests said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding (by far). He went beyond what we had asked him, and we cannot thank him and his team enough.
Caramella Riverside Bistro is beyond a Google 5 star rating considering that people rating fast food restaurants in the area as 4 star restaurants. Michelin stars are given restaurants that cross the norm. Caramella's is definitely of this kind of rating. Is Chef Andras arrogant... I would definitely say that he is very proud of what he does. Like him with the amount of work and dedication, like him in a meal. But I would say that his arrogance is on earth when you talk and get to know the man. He's creepy and wants to be honest, he's gonna yell at you because he's coming up early... (I do not recommend to show up late). Chef is a sticker for excellence and he really keeps the community in great respect and has served many people who could not afford a meal during the pandemic. A Michelin 3-star restaurant offers exceptional cuisine and is a special trip worth visiting. Instead of being a stop on the way to a destination, this restaurant is the destination. This restaurant serves various dishes designed for perfection. Chef Andras definitely served until the review.
We have eaten three times here and have never been disappointed! Chef Andras is great. Every crumb was eaten all our plates. We'll be back.
I invited 5 couples to celebrate Caramella's birthday. It was an amazing evening. The food was absolutely impeccable. The service was perfect. Chef Andras was scary and very entertaining. The whole group could not say enough positive things about the experience. Andras made us feel at home and shared a lot of his life history with us and small secrets on his plates. He even accommodated 2 in our party with gluten restrictions. The menu consisted of small leaves open face fingers sandwiches as a teaser appetizer, then a smoked Gouda cheese and Blueberry salad, then the first duck of smoked salmon with spinach ravioli and an amazing sauce, with a last escape of castle bride with pickled potatoes and French green beans. Everything was perfection! Then Andras presented a specially baked birthday cake vanilla with chocolate ice cream with candied oranges and raspberries above. Voila! Btw, if you want to make reservations, Andras usually stay booked 4 6 weeks so early!
Out of this world kinda food. Love how their is no menu and you go in not knowing. Andreas is so nice and welcoming. We love how he greets every table. Definitely feels like your in a bistro in another country. Absolutely love. Worth the price and being there for a few hours. 10/10 recommend.
