One of my top five favorite bars in the Hudson Valley! The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or a fun outing with friends. They offer delicious small bites and outstanding drinks! It's the kind of place where I trust the bartender to surprise me with something new, and I'm always satisfied. For example, the owner discovered that I'm not really a gin drinker and made it his mission to convert me—and he succeeded! The selection is fantastic! Plus, any bar that creatively introduced paddle shots during the pandemic definitely earns an A in my book! Oh, and they make the best Painkillers I've ever had!

This place is a mood. It is a very trendy hipster spot for great drinks. Bartenders spend time making every drink perfect. Beverages are pricier than your run of mill company restaurants (not much), but you pay for the entire experience it is worth. Dark mood lighting and jazz playing in the background makes a night that could have been in NYC if you didn't know you were in Kingston. Great place for a trendy drink (or more).

Extremely well-made specialty cocktails along with old favorites. They do have a small selection of wine, beer, and snacks. If you're into low lit, low key atmosphere for sipping your drink, the Stockade is for you!
