Island Grill - Kingston

I feel like the food here is healthier. There are no fried options, and I had the choice of jerk or barbecue, along with baked fries. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all.

I really love this place! The food is delicious, served hot, and the staff is friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. I really miss the Island Grill from the food court in Spanish Town.

Today was unusually quiet, with far fewer customers than usual. My order was prepared in no time. The staff were knowledgeable and performed their tasks swiftly and efficiently.

Food was good....Service through the Drive Thru was slow today, but attendant was very pleasant. Need to improve on the speed.

Its after 4 in the afternoon and they don't have any vege chunks stew peas and no soup. I saw the chicken sandwich displayed with serving of green plantain and was advised its no longer offered. Also saw a sign that NCB Quisk is used as a paynwnt option and the cashier wasn't aware of the option. I showed her the sign and she said its the first she's seeing. The supervisor then advised that its not used. Island Grill you have false advertisements, staff that does not know the payment option that is displayed next to her basic offereings not available.
