Crafted - Kingston-upon-Hull

I made a reservation for 6:30 a.m. by a table. the app made my reservation and showed on my app and I received an email confirmation. my date and I appeared in the restaurant to find a sign on the door that the restaurant was closed for a private event for the public.

Amazing service! best burger and pommes in the city!

Can not recommend this place very much. the food and drinks are delicious and very cheap and that would be reason enough to visit, but what impressed me most is the service. we have taken my mother in law for the day of mother and she is very allergic to most basic components. the guy who served us went out of his way to help us cut a meal that she could safely eat, re-insured her and explained the cooking process into as much deep as she needed and really made her day. the kitchen went beyond and beyond in the gastronomy to their needs and they really enjoyed the meal they were given. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great cocktail or burger and cannot thank the staff enough for the care and personal experience.

Was passing on a random week night so it was a spontaneous visit as the atmosphere looked quite good. Staff were cheerful and attentive. Plenty of atom ales to choose from and cheque larger. Food was fantastic and very good value I had the OG burger and shared a decent large portion of sweet potato fries. Also some good veggie choices
