La Strada - Kingston-upon-Hull

Lunch in La Strada. The service was excellent, delicious and beautiful a relaxed atmosphere. Loved the background music that gave a very continental feel. It was presented immaculately. Outdoors it was rainy, windy followed by hailstones, as well as thunders and lightning indoors have made us feel that we have vacation in the sun. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant with great food and generous portions, perfect for our train trip home. The family hour deal, available from 12 to 5, was an excellent offer. The service was fantastic; our waiter was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely return the next time we're in Hull!

Incredible menu, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally attentive, and the prices are great. This was our first visit to La Strada, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be back!

I would have loved to give a 5 star review. But my over priced starter is why not. I ordered the mixed marinated squid, prawn, mussel costing £8.95. When it arrived although nice, was about 3 tablespoons of chopped seafood cocktail, with no marinade served on toast with a side salad. The other starter and mains and deserts where fantastic.
