Thought this would be nice for my brother from South Africa who thoroughly enjoyed his steak pie. However…. Asked for a glass for water whoops. Lipstick very clear on glass not noticed bY waiter. Went to counter to get another and Whoops another glass with food ? Juice residue 3rd time lucky had a reasonably clean glass. I ordered the Special Tacos with salsa, cheese and guacamole. Oh dear. I received tortilla crisps covered in melted cheese no salsa no guacamole but given a mayonnaise dip as “the chef hasn’t made guacamole”. Unedible, left half as basically a plate of some whole tortillas with crumbs underneath. Did complain and was given a refund and I said it should be removed from specials board but was told that the afternoon chef coming on did know how to make guacamole so leaving it on. I wonder how many other unsatisfied customers that day. Very disappointing will never return first visit and never again

The service at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic, with a very welcoming staff. The food was delicious, and the staff handled some very rude and arrogant customers who couldn't read the menu with professionalism. The food was excellent, especially the fish. I would definitely recommend this place.

The service was extremely slow and many items on the menu were not available. The dishes that were served did not match their descriptions and were only average in quality. There was food on the floor and leftover dishes from previous customers left on the tables. Seagulls were even feeding off the tables, which were not cleaned before new patrons sat down. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience.

Delicious sandwiches, generous size and made fresh to order, followed by an equally generous slice of lemon drizzle cake garnished with strawberries , it served two of us amply. All rounded off with a couple of lattes, brought fresh and hot to our table just as we finished our sandwiches. Friendly and considerate service from start to finish. Many thanks. We'll be back because all the food on display looked up to the same appetizing standard.
