George - Kingston upon Hull, City of

Loved showing our guests around Hull and had to show them this place. Took them in the George for a drink and showed them the smallest window. They loved it.

I didn't have enough time to visit the pub itself, but I did see the Smallest Window in the World. Without the wall plaque, it might be easy to miss. It can be found on the wall to the left of the entrance on Land of Green Ginger street. Definitely worth a look.

Good beer, clean and covid prepared. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Will be back in the future.

Really good quality reasonably priced beer in a really nice characterful pub with the smallest window in England or whatever it is. go for the beer, not the window.

An impromptu crawl around the real ale bars of Hull however we (friend and I) ended up staying here because the atmosphere, the ale and most importantly the staff were amazing; notably Alan and Megan a credit to the establishment.
