Pizza Hot - Kingston upon Hull, City of

We made the mistake of ordering from Uber Eats for delivery and unfortunately, our food never arrived. After contacting Pizza Hot, they promised to check with the driver but never did. Despite ordering at 6:15pm, by 8:45pm we still had not received our order. The next day, we received a receipt stating that the driver had delivered to a nearby house (which turned out to be my honest neighbor who did not receive any food). After struggling to file a complaint with Uber, they told me to contact the restaurant for a refund. Despite having all my information in my account, Uber offered no explanation for the failure to deliver my order. The total cost of the meal was over £18, and we ended up going without any food that night. We will never use Uber again and will definitely not be ordering from Pizza Hot, who showed no concern for their mistake.

We'd like to know why we was charged twice? Pizza hot sent us over done pizza's, dry chips, let's just say it was rank. Our order was paid by my brother in law then when our order finally arrived the delivery driver also charged us as well.. Like I said ripped off!! These people are not even willing to rectify the problem they don't want to know.. Pizza hot will not get an order from us again..

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. They charged over £80 from my father's account without authorization, and the delivery driver also took cash from us. Despite this, they are refusing to take any action to rectify the issue. I will never order from here again and I strongly suggest avoiding this place at all costs.

Ordered 6 pizzas, 2 garlic bread, 4 chips and a portion of onion rings, was told on the phone £55 paid on my card and £84.20 was taken, order was delivered and delivery driver took cash payment as my daughter hadn't realised I'd already paid on card which they are now denying and the manager refused to answer my question about being overcharged and the pizzas were overcooked. Total rip off merchants, avoid at all costs unless you like being ripped off.

Waited 2 hours for food, rang the restaurant and when I asked how long my food would be the girl responded with ‘10 minutes’ and then put the phone down on me, she didn’t ask what the order was or where it was getting delivered too, shocking service, there’s no surprise it’s the only takeaway open until the early hours, their staff are shocking with a terrible attitude.
