Sue Downes Fish Chip Shop

From the Hedon shop for minutes ordered and paid before when I returned, they first said that I had not ordered, then hit on recognition and they started to cook then! what is the point of order? bad customer service was informed that she had a large order in minutes? more!

Holy moly the mortalities of here are banging and the fish is decent and the chips are also good (instead of arizona fr chips)

I was here a few times and it seems that the service is getting worse than the personal has never seen a customer. they simply ignore them and talk to each other if they want something food, it will only be them to order their food if there are only two customers in the building. if that was my place, I would change the personal

I went in at today Sunday of June and asked for a bag of chips ok I should have said a small bag my fault. The girl asked for I said I wanted a bag she then gave me a sarcastic...smile and said You didn’t say that did you .... well I said you never offered ether ? she then said in a snooty manor (no please or thank you this to me is very poor service I took the chip I just couldn’t believe what had happened I was so shock to be spoken to like that I work in a shop and I would never dream of speaking to a customer like I was spoken to I will never buy chips from there again and I think this snotty girl is looseing you customers as I was levin another women said I don’t think I will bother going in there with that attitude.
