Some excellent Italian dishes from a (pleasingly) limited menu. Friendly and efficient service. A great local restaurant. Would be even better with some attention to the interior decor at the moment it’s rather gloomy.

We have thoroughly enjoyed dining at L’assaggino in Richmond and this was our first opportunity to experience the Kingston branch. A great evening. Based in a delicatessen this was casual dining at its best. Wonderful dishes, great service, good wine and reasonable bill. A really enjoyable evening

Authentic pasta and warm service. A really wonderful local restaurant. This was my second visit, will become a habit for sure!
