Pret A Manger - Kingston upon Thames

I always have a great customer experience at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and hard-working. It's a pleasure to get my coffee there every morning!

The restaurant is extremely overpriced for the quality of food it offers. I stopped by for lunch because I work nearby and needed to make a personal call without being outside in bad weather. I ordered a small sandwich and a drink, which ended up costing me nearly £10. For that price, I could have had a much better lunch at my local spot. I don't understand how people, especially young people, can afford to eat there every day. Since then, I have been making my own sandwiches and enjoying a coffee break at Nero's. It's much more affordable and just as good.

I placed an online order for lunch for four people, totaling around £30. Unfortunately, the restaurant kept delaying the order and eventually canceled it an hour later. There was no communication from the restaurant, and it was a complete disappointment.

A work colleague and I ducked in here for lunch. It was busy on a weekday and we found there wasn’t much seating, even with the upstairs area. The food was fine. I had the chicken salad bowl and it tasted good and felt healthy and fresh.

As always and everywhere, the Pret food tastes delicious and is obviously freshly prepared. Excellent.
