Cafe Galiano - Kingston

Had a Coffee and Eggs on toast. Coffee was good and Eggs on Toast pretty basic. Pretty good for a cafe in a shopping centre. Service and speed of delivery was good.

Galiano is a nice spacious cafe to catch up with family and friends or spending some alone time. I ordered an iced coffee without cream. The flavour of the beans was good, however the coffee was a bit too milky, low in strength for my taste, but that's personal choice. The service is good and the take away glass was surprisingly HUGE compared to so many other places. When in Southland it's a decent place to crash at for some leisure time.

This charming cafe in Southland is a cozy spot for a meal. The coffee is good and the spinach roll was delicious. I've tried the vegetable roll before and didn't find it as tasty. My husband usually opts for toast with eggs or toast with jam, and there is a good selection of breakfast options available. The staff is friendly and attentive. As a kid, I used to come to this location to watch the donuts being made at the donut store. I always enjoy coming back here for their delicious spinach rolls. I would give it a 7.7 out of 10.

The best cafe and barista I’ve ever known! And the staffs there are friendly and helpful. I love this place, it’s located in the corner on the ground floor just next to David Jones, so it’s quiet, away from the noises in the shopping area.
