Chong Co - Kingston

The hotel is located on the beautiful Kingston forum. positiw: large portion sizes, decent eating, but pretty $. we had the pad thai, green chicken curry and salt and pfeffer calamari. It's pretty good.

Good atmosphere overall. Ordered green curry with jasmine rice and the Soft shell crab with papaya salad, both were delicious. Service was good. I would go again.

Friday evening dinner and this place was packed we’re here on holiday so had no idea what to expect, usually a crowd means pretty good food. We were not disappointed. Plus points: Orders taken promptly, food came out fast and was pretty satisfying (beef massaman and veg spring rolls were great, Tom yum soup was okay but full of chunky mushrooms). Only downside? Everything is overpriced.

One of the worst Thai I have ever had. We ordered a vegetarian Pad Thai and as soon as I dived into the dish, there was a chicken piece. It was so annoying especially when you are having a late lunch. We got it replaced but it took 15mins while we were waiting for the food. The Thai green curry din surprise me too. The service was slow and the ambience was below average. Highly not recommended! Service 1/5 Food 0.5/5 Ambience 1/5 Complete waste of Money

Hopeless. Had to stand around for ages waiting to eventually be seated by an arrogant staff member. After 20 minutes of no service, decided to walk. Place was pretty empty. They obviously don't care about the business. Will stick to Woden.
