I recently visited KFC Kingston to grab a bite to eat on the way to work. I bought a zinger box and it was the worst one Ive ever had. The zinger burger was cold and the chicken fillet was undercooked in the middle. The wicked wings were cold and the coating was soggy and EXTREMELY unappertising. The potato and gravy was very runny and had a few lumps in it. the chips were surprisingly hot but lacked flavour. On a positive note, the young boy behind the counter was extremely apologetic and helpful, you need more people like him in your franchise. Overall this experience was unsatisfactory and I will not be returning.
Staff are very helpful dont have to wait to long when busy just drive in or seat down is very handy when you are in a hurry
I walked into a clean and fresh restaurant. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I decided to order the luxurious zinger box and it exceeded my expectations, as well as my dog's. As I was leaving, one of the lovely young ladies offered to help me carry my meal, as I was using a walking stick. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at KFC Kingston. I highly recommend it as you truly get what you pay for and more. Thank you for a great experience!
I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a family feast. When I got home about 10 minutes later and took the package out of the bag, the bottom fell out due to excessive grease. The chicken was inedible and had to be thrown out. I returned to the store the next day and was promised a credit. I showed the Manager photos of the issue. When I called to redeem my credit, I was met with a duty Manager who was unhelpful and claimed they had no record of the problem. It is common to receive greasy, cold food from this outlet, especially on Sunday nights. Quality control from the Management team is needed. I now travel to Sandy Bay for quality food and good service. Giving them a second chance was a waste of time.
