McDonald's - Kingston

My family and I had a great dining experience at McDonald's after not eating there for over a week.

This is a McDonald's location. The food is usually good and the customer service is decent. The only issues are that they often ask customers to park in a designated spot and the speed bumps in the parking lot are quite rough to drive over, with one being at an angle and the other perpendicular to traffic.

This restaurant can be a bit inconsistent. While they can be great at times, I have also experienced missing items in my orders, whether it be through Ubereats or the drive-thru. However, the staff is wonderful and always willing to help.

Ice cream machine is constantly out of order. Currently been out of order for 2 weeks now. Surely somebody, somewhere knows how to fix it

We have frequented McDonalds Kingston a few times and each time lately hasn't been good. The tables dirty, the floor dirty and on dining in we were given a take away cup. We asked why and were told they had no cups or mugs washed up. This is a disgrace. We chose to go again a week later and was very much the same.
