If you live in Houston, you'll find that the chicken served here doesn’t meet the standards—it's definitely past its prime! It’s a shame I have to travel all the way to Kingsville, TX, just to find fresh chicken. Thank you, Popeyes in Kingsville!

The server was very kind and polite. The young man at the window came to refill my drinks and checked in on how I was doing while I waited for my order. That was really thoughtful of him, especially since it was hot and I was feeling quite tired.

I took a long time to get our food even with ordering ahead in the app. I can live with that. Sometimes places get busy. However, when I got home and took the lid off my unsweetened tea to add sweetener, there was a dead fly in it. I don't know how the person putting the lid on did not see it

The food is always great, and just now the lady at the window was extremely nice, which really made my day. I absolutely love the red beans and rice!

Eating is always fresh, so this place is always busy. could use a better quality control to ensure that all ordered foods are placed in the bag. but still great eating.
