Food was great and ready at the time give for pickup.

I walked into this establishment this evening with my family at 8:35 to order some dinner after a long day consisting of a funeral and visiting with family. We are in from NC and every time we come here, this is our favorite place to eat.Well let me just say I have never been so mistreated in my life!The young lady at the register opened with Um... we close in 20 minutes . I looked at her and said Okay, but you 're open now though? She then walks to the back and the a young man comes out to say we close in 20 minutes . So I once again ask but you 're open now, right? As the young lady again repeated the same phrase.I look at my husband confused and said I don 't understand what is going on. What 's up with kids today not wanting to work. The young lady starts YELLING AT ME! I DON 'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! I 'M TRYING TO TAKE YOUR ORDER AND YOU 'RE JUST BEING SO DISRESPECTFUL! I replied with No, you 're telling us you 're closing and trying to push customers out the door. She preceeded to continue yelling at me until I finally blow up back and tell her This is no way to do business nor treat customers! And my family and I left. We then drove to Morgantown and went to the Fox 's at Pierpont.I would just like to say to the owners of this establishment, if your business dropped, the people you have working for you is exactly the reason and if you have cameras I encourage you to see for yourself!The was the absolute worst treatment I have ever had in my entire life!!Employees photo attached.

This place has gone downhill. ?The staff is horrible, they do not use gloves anymore and I never see hand washing.
