Ihop - KINGWOOD

I normally don't mind the cost of eating out, but Sunday Feb. 4th, I truly felt like I got robbed. From the wait, to the service to the old, cold tasteless food, it pained me to pull out my card, and even tip.This was by far the worst experience I've had since we moved to the humble area in 2013. We used to love IHOP, I pray it was just an off day for everyone. The lack of quality in literally everything shocked us because we drove to Kingwood area with higher expectations.I don't recommend this location to anyone.

The quality of the breakfasts and the service has gone down a bit, I have been visiting this place for a while and I do notice the changes.

The food was delicious in the service of really great.

When I get the pancakes I’m always happy. I tried their new buttermilk biscuit with chicken and hash browns. It was VERY good the first time I got it at the Kingwood location. Second time, it was just ok. Third time I got it at the Porter location, and it was terrible. I’ll stick to the pancakes.

Went for my daughters 4th birthday around 1:30 for lunch and it wasn't busy, no wait time, food was great, and Skye gave our daughter a free ice cream and $4 for her birthday! She was so sweet and I know my daughter will forever remember! Thank you Skye for being the best to us!
