If there was anyway that I could give location less then one star I would. I have given this location more the enough chances to get it right. The cashier literally just ish me and did the time out sign. I walked in and like always was never greeted. She wanted me to just stand there while she counted the register down. Ok that's fine but at least take the time to speak. The sad part is that in use to them not speaking. Also don't ever order curbside bc you will have to call at least three time bf someone answers and that's only if your lucky enough for them to answer. I hate to have to drive further but that's what I will be doing from here on out bc this location customer service is trash.

This location has failed me for the last time! After years of disappointing service I say every time this will be the last time I order from them. The long wait time for delivered pizza, terrible customer service at takeout, and cold pizza does not impress me.

The pizzas always good from Pizza Hut but god forbid you get the wrong thing, this manager ; if you get to speak to her ; she's not going to replace anything that's messed up but she will argue with you until she disconnects your call . This is sad Pizza Hut needs to fix their customer service issues . Someone 2000 miles away cannot help in dealing with these kind of managers ! Oh and they refuse to cut cookies lol I don't know if that's everywhere or just here . And don't order half one thing or another it's a waste of money and they will do the whole thing only one way.

This place shouldn't even be open for business very unprofessional lied about the coupon value and there special offers

This store doesn't even deserve a half a star. I will never order pizza from this location again. They delivered an over cooked pizza that was cold, so I called to let them know and they said they would credit the pizza. I called a week later to use the credit and they said I didn't have one. I asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't come to the phone. So I said I would call customer service. an hour and ten minutes later a Pizza Hut delivery guy shows up with pizza and wings and said there was a $13 credit applied and I owe the rest. Take a look at how the order showed up. Would you pay for this when you didnt order and then it shows up like this?
