Feedback gevenWe then attempted to cancel the order, and were instructed to delete it ourselves. After doing so, we received our refund. At one point, I received a call from a number I didn’t recognize, and it turned out to be Kinnelon Pizza. The man on the line, speaking in an unpleasant tone, simply said, “Yes, this is Kinnelon Pizza. Just so you know, I put your number on our do-not-call list. Don’t worry, you won’t be able to order from us again.” This is no way to treat customers, especially considering my relatively simple order took nearly an hour and 40 minutes to even get a response. I hope Kinnelon Pizza learns to treat their customers better in the future and doesn’t continue to alienate them in such a dismissive manner.
