Feedback gevenI placed an online order at 6 pm for a 7:20 pm order pickup. I get to the store and they don't have the order ready. Said they closed because they are short staffed.Why did you take the order in the first place? Corporate issue.Can I get my refund?You will have to call this 1-800 number to get your refund.So my food is not made and I need to find another place while my kids are hungry. And I need to get on a phone call with your corporate to get my money back?Goodbye Chipotle.
1 The location is difficult to park at during any sort of business hours because if it’s location. The parking lot is always stuffed.2 There was some sort of “bug” in their online ordering system, so they didn’t receive my order. That in and off itself is annoying.2a But the clincher was the fact that the staff member working the mobile order station was CLUELESS and basically tried to gaslight me and make think the problem was on MY end. Even though in showed him my confirmation email. He was extremely unhelpful and uncaring. It wasn’t until someone else (the manager? came over and explained the bug. Maybe he needs to COMMUNICATE WITH HIS STAFF.2b then I was told to stand in line and order my food. No real apologies or offering to deduct something or anything. Very poor customer service.3 the bag of chips I got was like, yesterday’s leftovers. About 1/3 of them were oil soaked and chewy. Another 1/3 were broken bits and pieces.They are OBVIOUSLY skating by on the fact that They are one of the few fast food options in the area and they have a steady stream of people who come in, so they never HAVE to improve. I will NOT return to this location. I’ll go over to Mod pizza instead, which is a WAY better experience all around, save for the same parking issue. They don’t seem to have any of these issues.
Every time I get poor portion on online orders. They try every way to keep you slim.The picture shows everything.
Just re-established why I don't go to Chipotle anymore. Under staffed and too much focus on speed instead of quality just like every other Chipotle.They tried to make my burrito with half the normal amount of rice because they were out, I said I would wait. Twice they tried to pass my burrito down the line. At checkout the app didn't scan the free rewards right, so I was charged for chips/guac. The female manager rolled her eyes telling me it's only 2 dollars more and thought it was ridiculous I was asking for the transaction to be voided and rang up correctly.The male manager was nice but more concerned about moving the line. He offered a free meal, but I said I haven't been back in 9 months because of the same experience last time, so no thanks. Shame on me for supporting this company. Corporate needs to support the stores better and people need to stop going to Chipotle.Line of customers after checkout complaining of various things. What it comes down to is not enough staff at any locations.
The food is good, but this location consistently closes randomly despite the posted hours. Closing at 7pm on a weekday is a bit early. Clearly not understaffed as I can count 8 employees packing up shop currently. When I asked the employee outside why they closed early he said “I don’t know”. Nice bud!
