Pagliacci Pizza - Kirkland

We’re locals, and Pagliacci is our favorite pizza in Washington. We always get a margarita pizza and the pagliaccio salad. I HIGHLY recommend. This Kirkland location was awesome today. The pizza was sooo good. So perfect. They just went through a remodel and I had to get photos of everything because they did such a great job with the remodel. It looked amazing.

Well usually Pagliacci is on point. I used to get it delivered all the time in downtown. Unfortunately this location just isn’t as good. As you can see they undercooked my pizza and for forced me to put in our oven to actually get it to a point where it was enjoyable. Along with the really expensive breadsticks which are good but just disappointed with the higher cost you don’t get the better product. Maybe the remodel here is making things hard on the crew. Or maybe they were just having an off day. Edit: Pagliacci reached out about this and made it right. Definitely the way to do business and keep me coming back. Thanks Pizza Pals!

Delicious. They were nice to me even when my jokes were bad. Gluten free crust is pretty legit. Wine and beer= also great. Pancetta on pizza is amazing. Artwork on the boxes was the best of all the things

I pour with my friend and experienced a change with a manager and customer. The staff was very rude and racist to her. We almost went, but decided to stay a witness when she needed. They attacked and antagonized the customer and her child because she complained about her pizza job that was not done properly. Even the restaurant was not clean at all. Not once in the hour we were there that the staff wiped a table or even took part in the soda machine. We won't repeat. I wouldn't give this place one star. But had to write the criticism. Very unpleasant and very unprofessional of the staff who looked very young. Also they do not wear hair nets that they all have long hair and we complain about the hair in our food aswell.
