Panda Express - Kirkland

Worst ive ever gotten from panda express; NONE of my food was appetizing, like it had all sat for hours before being served to me. ABSOLUTE SLOP for 25$ I will NEVER again. There was almost no chow mein and i clearly got the last scrapings of it- it was dark and mushy. The beijing beef was a soggy breaded mess and tasted honestly foul. the orange chicken was hard and overcooked on the inside- a soggy vinegary mess on the outside. Even the soda was warm and had no ice in it. I dont eat out often; but the extremely low standards for your restraint means I will NEVER eat with this franchise again.

The food was extremely late (seemed to be an issue restaurant side)

We came in 50 minutes to close and got excellent service! The food is what you would expect and the people are so nice!!

I wish places would do away with the online orders. I feel bad for the staff because they're obviously spread thin and over-worked. Plus they have to deal with rude, pushy customers. As a result, it's a bad atmosphere and the food is inconsistent. I won't be back unless they do away with online orders. It's not a happy

Exactly as expected...nothing disappointing to lower the star rating, but nothing to earn additional stars above the three that defines an average, as expected, experience.
