Plaza Garcia Family Mexican - Kirkland

Really nice Mexican restaurant. Now you will be a regular lunch for my family. Food quality is good and beef fajita is our favorite.

I ordered the Veggie Fatijas. Looks not striking, and I was served old and sour food. And don't order the veggie tacos as you will get like 1lbs of fried beans and how scarcely. I will return NIE to this place....

I came to lunch today and ordered the Camarones à la Diabla in about 10 minutes to eat my food. I started checking the shrimps and noticed that they were unclean, it still had shrimps in the shrimps. To my surprise I tipped the same shrimps around and found a human eyelash that just hangs up for love life. I'll tell the waitress and she'll excuse me and offer me something else. I don't say thank you to her and she got the check. A few minutes later, the manager comes up and asked me if I was the one who found the hair in food, and I said yes, and he told me well to say if I didn't see it happening and last, then turned around and started sitting with his regulars. When I got the check, I noticed that we were still charged, but 50% were taken out of the bill. My plate was $20 and my lunch was paid for the meal. I think it was unprofessional how the manager treated the situation, and I also think that the food should be? ve was completely removed. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time.

That was our favorite Mexican restaurant. We've been here for over 10 years. The food is always great! She? ve has recently increased the prices I get, but somehow frustrated they are now for the mini-bean and cheese dip we? ve always asked to go with the chips. Besides, charging for the cut avocado I instead of guac. It comes with the meal.

This restaurant is a true family restaurant. Their Mexican food is really good and well prepared (ya gotta try the Piccadillo for your meat option. They also do perfect old fashioned Rellenos! But what will bring the whole experience together is the staff. It seems like lately wherever we go out to eat, that the dining experience has become a very cold transaction between the customer and the staff- this is simply untrue with Plaza Garcia! The staff goes above and beyond in service and warmth. It feels like how it used to feel when you went out and they were happy to have you at their restaurant. You also gotta get onto their texting list as they offer incentives and discounts. Go enjoy Plaza Garcia for their great food and stay for the friendly atmosphere.
