Now, let’s talk about the food. It was a work of art, with each dish highlighting a perfect harmony of flavors. The chefs at Amir clearly have a deep passion for their craft, and that shines through in every bite. My personal favorite was the chicken plate. The restaurant’s cozy atmosphere further enhanced the overall experience. Amir is a must-visit for anyone in search of a remarkable combination of outstanding food, excellent service, and a warm ambiance. Without a doubt, five stars!

I hope the owner of this franchise sees this review, this is for you.My wife ordered a chicken plate to go. The only thing she asked to change was instead of potatoes put cauliflower. It’s an extra charge, but that’s fine. The thing is, despite the order being super simple the staff at all the Amir, not just this one, always mess it up, and say “yayaya I know I know” and every time there is something wrong. They forget the garlic sauce, they forget peppers, they forget the turnips, etc… this time they rush my wife through the order despite her being the only one in the restaurant, and when we got home there was no vegetables at all!!Tired of Amir employees always getting this simple order wrong, I called the restaurant to tell them I would be back after work to resolve this with them. They redid the plate when I got there, but when I got to the cashier they expected me to pay for the order they messed up!Listen, when the plates were $12 and you mess up, I’m annoyed, but fine, it’s $12… but the plates are an outrageous $22 now after tax! I’m tired of restaurants increasing the price and giving even worse service than before!! On top of that, there’s almost always a problem with my order, so I said no I’m not paying for this plate.After they gave me my revised order, the *manager* proceeded to tell me to go eat at other restaurants, “why don’t you go to Boustan, or another Lebanese restaurant!” literally cursing/shouting me out of the door! With other customers in the restaurant?I’ve been a customer for years and years and years. Man it’s just business, fix the order and move on… geez what’d it cost you, 4 minutes of your time and a few dollars of ingredients. This is not the first time you’ve made this mistake.Clowns. Hope it was worth the $22.

I love Lebanese fast food in general. At this location there is always friendly staff and plenty of space to sit. On the down site the salads have sometimes not been the freshest, and the falafels have shrunken to half their size.
