Owner is very helpful and there is a lot to choose from - many products - fruits vegetables gluten free organic and more

I was lured in by their flyer and low prices on produce.Once in the store, I realised that;1. 9 times out of 10, specials are items that's out of date or expiring very soon. Special labels to control quantities to these expired items.2. A lot of items are not labelled.3. I had an item scan at 16.99, while it had a sticker at 3.99. The law in Quebec is very clear that the lowest price must be applied, minus 10 $ (in this case, the item became free). The manager refused to apply the LAW. He claimed the law does not apply to his store!?4. Very bad attitude on manager's part.I will not be going back, in fact I will recommend for you not to go to this store.PA Supermarket in Laval and downtown on Fort are much better.

Amazing i recently found the Moringa products at this location. They have over 6 different Moringa type, high quality!

Huge place and selection. Red Mill items full line. Huge selection of Quebec l'ançetre cheeses. Natural cosmetics and creams etc like Weleda brand. Gluten free etc etc.

This amazing restaurant has a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, they have a separate section dedicated to health and beauty products.
