Desi Buffet - Kirklees

We went to this evening for the first time and we loved it, eating was delicious, poppadome with mango sauce and tweeting, yoghurt sauce, tamarinden sauce etc., chargrilled chicken ktikka and looking kebabs, wobbles bhajis, samosas, thunder meat and salat, then 4 different delicious curry’s chips they bring their own alcohol if needed, cooled water on the table, and they sell softdrinks. we will definitely be back, excellent value for money, highly recommended for an informal meal.

Bring your own alcohol if required, chilled water on the table, and they sell soft drinks. We will definitely be back, excellent value for money, Highly Reccomended for an informal meal.

My dad has been going in for years and I recently returned home from USA for a quick visit. The food and service was fantastic. We were met with a kind voice and good conversation followed by starters with all the trimmings that you would...want from a curry house. The lamb and Chicken Karahi was so flavorful. We had a great night and I will be recommending my friends in the area to try our Sher E Akbar as it’s a hidden gem!

He's had a few runaways during the lockdown and has been up to the usual standard. In a few times eating has been allowed and meals excellent again. The staff is great. Able to social distance with no problems.

Very friendly service, good food, we will go again. No alcohol served but this doesn't spoil the experience
