Pizza Hut Delivery Huddersfield

Ordered a pizza online. Was given an order number. Arrived at store to be told that no order was placed. Checked email and said order incomplete, but no money taken. Checked bank, and money WAS taken. Still no refund. No reply on Facebook. Absolutely shocking. Worst pizza service in Huddersfield. Would rate less than 1 star if I could.

I ordered 2 pizzas with stuffed crust, the cheese was gone, they did not sealed the borders and they were empty, also the crust where like 4 adult male fingers length, so it was almost more crust than pizza.

I've always ordered here. But the last occasion pizza turned up cold, stuff crust wasn't even stuffed. Mac and cheese was £4.99 and very small for the price. Not worth it at all. Terrible.

Thought I'd give this place a second try as the first time I ordered the food was cold. Order came and I ordered a fajita pizza with no Jalapenos, imagine my shock to see them on my pizza which I now couldn't eat. Rang up, spoke to the manager and he called me a liar saying I'd ordered that pizza with them on. Note below is a photo of my email confirmation. I will never use again and will inform everyone o know not to use. Thankfully the customer service person has issued me with a refund but could take 16 days to get back.

This doesn 't even remotely compare to the in-store experience or Dominoes. We ordered a large pizza that was completely undercooked, and the 'stuffed ' crust wasn 't sealed. All the sides that were ordered were cold and the chicken wings were minuscule. Definitely not worth the £30.00 we paid, and will not be returning.
