I had an awful experience here this weekend. I had a problem with an order I made on the app. The staff were not interested one bit. Told me to go away and ring a number they were well aware no one would ever answer. Then told me my problem couldn’t be solved as too much time had passed since it was made (time they could have saved if they had simply made the phonecall themselves in the first instance). No compassion whatsoever other than from the second manager we spoke to Annie who was actually quite helpful but unfortunately by then the situation was too sour to be resolved. Both managers gave me their email address to contact to resolve my issue at a later date. Surprise surprise no one has bothered to reply. The situation wouldn’t have been so dire if it wasn’t for the absolute lack of any compassion or customer service skills from most members of staff we encountered that evening. Also on a side note the facilities are awful. Girls toilets out of six cubicles only one was usable with a toilet seat on! Wouldn’t go near any of the others with just the porcelain rim. Who expects the public to go for nice pricey cocktails and a nice meal and then use such awful facilities?!

Came with family to celebrate my daughters graduation....while the rest of the group got served right away we was still waiting an hour after ...gave up and asked for my money back

I never regret showing up with a hungry stomach to this place. They staff always are kind to me and their food is just lovely. I cannot order enough sometimes.

The food was okay but I'd say a little expensive for what you get, I ordered a pizza, very little topping and a little overcooked, my wife's chicken burger looked like a children's burger. Not taking cash is not a great move, some people like to pay in cash!. Cocktails were very good, an enjoyable afternoon

They only take card. I will never go and spend money in an establishment that does not take cash. Went here last night with my husband ordered are drinks to the lady tapping on the card machine to scan card handed her my £10 note to be told card only drinks was poured. I said no I only have cash so they would rather pour drinks away. BOYCOTT NEVER WILL I GO THERE
