Feedback gevenI was unable to get gas because it pulled all the money on my card in a hold that did not allow me to even pump gas. This is excessive and made it not possible to pick up my son who was an hour away. So I didn’t get gas AND they took all the money on my card for a possible 5 -7 day wait to get it back, my son is stuck an hour away and I have no way to get him. Will never go to another Casey’s store again.
This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a Casey’s not only did it take them an extra 10 minutes to finish my food that I pre-ordered after I came in and paid for it. The service representative offered to bring it to my car then after 10 minutes of sitting in my car for a pizza and burger that was supposed to take another five minutes, I see her go out for a smoke break so I go in to get my pizza and burger only to find out the burger if it’s done and I have to wait another eight minutes for that I asked for a refund and was told that I would wait until she finished her smoke break that she was on when I pulled up to the store to pick up my pizza initially 20 minutes prior to that. So after another 15 minutes of her, trying to figure out how to give me a refund because apparently no one in the store knows how to do that, and there was no manager on duty. I have to leave without any of my order because she refunded the whole thing instead of just the burger I couldn’t figure out how to ring it up with my point afterwards, so I just lost $2.60 in Caseys cash
I just started visiting this Casey's regularly very recently. I go there specifically because they have 93 octane gasoline! I drive an older Volvo with turbo and I think I'm really getting better mileage with this higher octane and my engine is happier. I would really recommend their guests And their donuts I would also like to mention, every single person that works there that I've run into is very friendly and very helpful
I shopped there a total of three times and all times I've had a problem. The first is a double charge for a pizza. The second was charging almost 2x the price for a slushy. And just yesterday a double charge for rice crispy treats. Each time was told it wasn't possible for them to double charge. Even bank account shows different. No refund. No cash back for slushy either. I've been ripped every time I've been there. There always seems to be some glitch on card machine where it conveniently restarts and declines. Thanks thought Casey's was a good safe place to be.
