Little Caesars Pizza - Kirksville

I placed an online order and, unfortunately, forgot to check it before heading home. I ended up with a cheese pizza instead of the pepperoni I had ordered. When I returned to the restaurant, they assured me that I would receive my pepperoni pizza. Damon went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct pizza and even let me keep the cheese one. I’m giving a 5-star review because this is the first issue I’ve had there, and it was handled exceptionally well. While it’s true that mistakes can usually be resolved regardless of your attitude, kindness and understanding truly make a difference! It’s refreshing to see that many people in the food service industry are still dedicated to providing excellent service.

I've consistently had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The customer service is excellent, and the managers are always incredibly friendly to both the staff and the customers. It's convenient, affordable, and dependable. I've never waited more than five minutes to pick up my food, even without placing an order ahead of time. The Hot N Ready options are always available!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the dough is made from scratch. The pizza is fantastic! While I think it could use a few more toppings, that’s just my personal preference. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. I've blurred their faces for privacy.
