The chicken was not overcooked and dry. The mushrooms were right on spot. Good job. A Marsala sauce is a reduction sauce of chicken juices and or chicken broth with wine, flour, and butter. Then other spices and mushrooms, maybe tomatoes or capers added to reduction, then applied over the chicken, usually served on a bed of noodles. I got a watered down chicken sauce with mushrooms and tomatoes. No seasoning and no pasta because i (assumed which was my bad that it would be on a bed of pasta) with runny liquid leaking into my baked potatoe. I received a properly cooked chicken breast with a bland, runny liquid next to a baked potatoe.I declined business to another establishment because of lack of culinary knowledge, I guess i should have quizzed this establishment also. Just an honest critique.

Traveling for work and decided to stop into a local establishment. Wasn’t very busy was that very quickly. Server came over I asked asked a few questions he said the chicken Marsala was pretty popular. The tomatoes in the mushrooms were the only thing really edible. The chicken was charred with absolutely no flavor. I was looking for the wine sauce but it was only oil. The baked potato was extremely hot and fresh. The salad was mediocre. The lettuce was wilted.As far as talking to someone about it, I only seen my server when he took my order brought my food that was it .

Jen runs off all her employees, food is bland ......... they through stuff at their workers. She makes up slander that I abused my fiance when she quit because of her panic disorder, the owner quit carrying Coke products because they had a slogan of start being less being white. They also ran off a regular because a Tsu professor didn't like Taylor Swift, and that server was mad... TOXIC PLACE. I wish I were joking... this is my opinion only... we live where the restaurants do put hot seafood on a salad.... Good luck on your future endeavors

I got the brisket. It was so dry, and had no flavor. I just didn't like it. My son said his was bland too. I've been here before and ordered Italian food,and it was much better.
