Dalie's Smokehouse - Kirkwood

This smokehouse is exceptional! The food is consistently delicious, and the wonderful staff is always incredibly friendly. The barbecue is top-notch! It's a must-visit!

The brisket and pastrami were fantastic, paired perfectly with a delightful side of mac and cheese. The food was absolutely delicious! I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Manchester so I can sample more of Dalie's menu.

Absolutely phenomenal BBQ, whether you prefer it sauced or dry. The brisket truly shines as the highlight, but everything else is fantastic too, including the pulled chicken and smoked turkey.

We get Dalie’s at least every 3 weeks. Got carry out of their pulled pork and pulled chicken plus half of slab of ribs. I love the smokiness that is saturated into the meats. Both the pulled pork and pulled chicken were tender and tasty. Unfortunately the ribs were way below their gold standard. I don’t know if they have a new cook or if they are getting their ribs from another supplier. Usually the meat falls off the bone. This serving was tough and extra fatty. I hope they correct this before I order again. I prefer their Sweet Hope, sweet and Smokey, and Carolina Sweet, sweet mustard, bbq sauces.I got three of their bbq sauces, Voodoo, Sweet Hope and Carolina Sweet. I prefer the sweet and smokiness of Sweet Hope. I hope the bbq gods fix the tough and fatty ribs.

Exceptional food in a great, laid back atmosphere. Favorites include brisket, smoked turkey and the wings.
